Respyr - Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty

Humors Tech Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a limited warranty for the Respyr device (“the device”) purchased directly from our official website or authorized resellers. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").

1.1 Coverage

• Repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts.
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.

1.2 Conditions

• Provide proof of purchase from our official website or authorized reseller.
• Ensure the device has been used according to the instructions provided in the user manual.
• Not have attempted any unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration of the product.

2. Exclusions and Limitations

The warranty does not apply if:

• The device has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or physical damage, including but not limited to water damage or exposure to excessive heat.
• The device has been opened, disassembled, or modified in any way.
• The device has been used with third-party accessories not recommended or certified by Humors Tech.

Respyr - Refund Policy

1. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy for Respyr devices purchased directly from our official website. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all components included.
• The device must not show signs of physical damage or abuse.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

2. Refund Process
